Worth the Work? is a purchase-perspective calculator. It does not require an account and does not collect, sell, or share the item, price, income, hourly rate, work schedule, usage, or ownership information you enter. The service is operated by Tomislav Sperac in Australia.
Calculator information
Calculations are performed on your device. The information you enter is used only to show the current result and is not sent to Worth the Work? or stored in a Worth the Work? database.
Technical information
Worth the Work? does not add advertising, behavioural analytics, or tracking technology to the website or mobile apps. Website-hosting, app-store, and operating-system providers may independently process limited technical information such as an IP address, device or browser type, timestamps, crash information, or security logs to deliver, protect, and maintain their services. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy terms.
Sharing
If you choose to share a result, Worth the Work? opens your device's normal sharing tools. You decide which app or person receives the result. Worth the Work? does not receive a copy.
Analytics, advertising, and payments
Worth the Work? does not include advertising, payment processing, behavioural analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.
Support communications
If you contact the developer using the contact details shown on an app-store listing, the developer receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. It is used only to respond, investigate an issue, and maintain an appropriate record of the request.
Retention and deletion
Worth the Work? does not maintain user accounts or store calculator inputs, so there is no account or calculator history for the developer to retrieve or delete. Support communications are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. You may request deletion of a support communication, subject to any legal requirement to retain it.
International availability
The website and apps may be used in many countries. Limited technical information processed by hosting, app-store, or operating-system providers, and information included in a support request, may be processed in countries where those providers operate. Information about the safeguards used by those providers is available in their respective privacy terms.
Your regional privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, restrict, or delete personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Because Worth the Work? does not keep accounts or calculator inputs, these rights will usually apply only to information you voluntarily include in a support request. Worth the Work? does not sell personal information or share it for targeted or cross-context behavioural advertising.
Australia
Australian users may ask to access or correct personal information included in a support communication, or make a privacy complaint. The developer will review the request and respond within a reasonable period. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Where European or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, support information is processed only as needed to respond to your request, operate and protect the service, and comply with law. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
Children's privacy
Worth the Work? does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
If Worth the Work? later adds features that change how information is handled, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
